Closing Romania's financial literacy gap

About FinLit Romania

By: Radu & Vanessa

FinLit Romania raises awareness about finance 101 among high schoolers aged 15 to 18 across the country. We believe money skills should not depend on luck, family background or the school you happen to attend.

We host in-person workshops with NGOs such as Touched Romania and Mia's Children: four different sessions with interactive activities, an educational app and access to numerous free resources.

The topics stay practical: budgeting, saving, investing, compound interest, diversification, credit, debt, taxes and inflation — explained with pocket money, part-time jobs and a first bank card, not with jargon.
